Did you know to celebrate every Sunday Mass we need:

one or more sacristans to set up the altar for Mass

One person to support our sound systems

two to six greeters to welcome people

three altar servers

choir members to lead us in praise and worship

two people that are willing to proclaim the Word of God

two to four ushers to collect our tithes which support our community programs

one family or group of friends to present our offerings during Mass

four to six Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion to distribute the Body and Blood of Christ and wash the purified vessels after Mass.

two people that are not related to count the offerings after Mass

one person to wash and fold the altar linens used during Mass

We will train you in any of the ministry support.

Altar Servers

Hospitality

Hospitality Ministry Duties Before Mass: Arrive at the chapel 15 minutes prior to Mass. Check off your name on the schedule. Oversee set up: Ensure that the donuts/snacks are in the kitchen. Make contact with the Donut person/people. During Mass: After communion, walk to the lanai/activity room to ensure that the person scheduled for that day is indeed preparing the snacks. Gift Family

Gift Family Ministry Duties Before Mass: Arrive at the chapel 15 minutes prior to the start of Mass. Check off your name on the schedule. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Effective immediately, those who are interested to serve as Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion (EMHC) must complete the application form below and return the signed application to the CPLC. Linens Ministry Duties Before Mass: Someone from the Linens ministry will be scheduled the first Sunday of the month. Ensure that the linen bucket has been picked up. The following Sunday, ensure that the Linens have been brought back and the Linens have been put away.
